Account Registration & Eligibility

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. gr99 reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold for any suspicious transactions until verification is complete.

Bonus & Promotion Rules

Gr99 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The following general rules apply to all bonus offers:

Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless gr99 initiates the cancellation.
• The minimum bet amount is just BDT 20.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are published due to a technical or mathematical error, gr99 reserves the right to void the affected bets.

In-Play Betting

Odds may change during live betting due to network delays. gr99 is not responsible for minor delays in live betting services. It is advisable to verify the odds again before confirming any in-play bet.

Slots & Casino Games

All slots and casino games are powered by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Game outcomes are completely unbiased and cannot be altered in anyone's favour.

Prohibited Activities

Account Closure & Suspension

• During investigation of suspicious transactions or fraud
• At the user's own request (Self-Exclusion)
• By order of a legal or regulatory authority
